Team building

Sailing on Lake Garda is all about teamwork and a truly memorable experience. On board, communication, trust and good teamwork are key – exactly the skills that make for strong teams. We’ll tailor the day entirely to your wishes. From a relaxed sailing trip on Lake Garda to a competitive regatta with a prize-giving ceremony, anything is possible.

Here’s what your day could look like:

• Welcome and team allocation at Porto San Nicolò harbour
• Professional guidance from a skipper
• Briefing and group training on board
• Competitive sailing and team challenges
• Gourmet lunch on board
• In-house sailing regatta with a referee on the support boat
• Our own awards ceremony to round off the event

Whether it’s a small group or a large team: we listen to your needs, plan with you and do our best to make every wish come true.
