Details

Over three days, you’ll experience Lake Garda from the water – in a relaxed, personalised way, with an experienced skipper by your side. The trip starts and ends in Porto San Nicolò, Riva del Garda. There are two routes to choose from, each taking you along different paths to the southern end of the lake. The daily itinerary, stops and pace can be tailored to suit the weather and your personal preferences.

Route 1: South-west

  • Day 1: From Riva del Garda to Salò
From Porto San Nicolò, we head south, past Limone and Gargnano to Salò. A longer first leg with plenty of time under sail and sweeping views across the lake.
  • Day 2: Salò, Isola del Garda and Bogliaco
On the second day, you’ll explore the southern part of Lake Garda. Passing beaches, small villages and Isola del Garda, there’ll be time for relaxed sailing and swimming stops before you moor in Bogliaco.
  • Day 3: Back to Porto San Nicolò
On the way back north, the landscape changes noticeably: the mountains draw closer and the lake narrows. After a possible stop-off in Castelletto, you’ll head back to Porto San Nicolò.

Route 2: South-east

  • Day 1: Limone and Bogliaco
The journey begins along the northern shore with a stop in Limone sul Garda. You then sail southwards to Bogliaco, where you’ll spend the first night.
  • Day 2: Across the southern Lake Garda to Salò
The second day takes you through the more Mediterranean landscape of the southern Lake Garda. Passing small villages and the Isola del Garda, the journey continues to Salò with its historic lakeside promenade.
  • Day 3: Back to the north
On the final day, the route heads back towards Riva del Garda. The rolling hills gradually give way to steep cliffs and alpine scenery before the trip ends at Porto San Nicolò.
